[Incubator] Regarding Geomajas OSGeo incubation

Hi,

i guess we all have some FOSS4G fuziness left in our heads (i know i do) 
but I still would like to press on this matter. During the FOSS4G 
conference I heard a lot of talk that projects where not encouraged 
enough to go through the graduation process....well the Geomajas project 
wants this. We have gone through great lengths to see the provenance 
review finished, and really would appreciate someone having a look at it.
