[Incubator] Progress reports

Folks,
at the last board meeting we chatted about progress in the incubator -
or rather the lack thereof.


Mentors:
Please make sure that you get a report of some kind out to Daniel before
May 5th so that he can give the board a summary of the current progress.


Project liaisons:
Please contact your mentors in case you are stuck and ask for help. It's
what they are here for. (Hint: go hack your incubation status page in
the Wiki so that it at least looks as if you were making some
progress... :-).

PS:
Personally I am inclined to request removing projects from the incubator
if they did not show any progress within a certain period, but
fortunately I am just a regular committee member and have nothing much
to say.
