Folks,
the PostGIS project members have completed the required incubation
documents and code review.

Please take a look at the documents [1] and raise any questions you
might have.

I would love to make a motion to graduate in this group so that we can
put this on the agenda of the board meeting next week (...as I will be
away mid December to end of February).
