Making this part of the annual report is a good idea.

On a related issue: Some time ago I suggested to annually revisit
incubated projects and check their status. IncCom at that time believed
that this would not be their task. If not who is? On our web site we
prominently advertize that we support highest quality projects but after
incubation has passed there is no formal process that would justify this.
