[Incubator] Presentation request for OSGeo AGM in Denver

[Seven (aka Arnulf)]

Folks,
this is an invitation to someone from the Incubation Committee (Daniel?)
to give a lightning talk about recent activity. This is a home run with
recent graduation in projects.

The goal is to give people an idea about what the Incubator is about and
how it is organized. If you make a good pitch this might even help
recruit new people.
