I declare this motion passed with support from Cameron Shorter, Frank
Warmerdam, Jorge Gaspar Sanz Salinas, and Jody Garnett.  I shall try and
ensure it is on the agenda of the next board meeting to confirm though I
believe that primarily a formality.
