[Incubator] status report update for landon

Landon is kicking out another annual report; with that in mind we should contribute something from the incubation committee.   

Thing is I have note done one of these for a committee before; any idea what we should be saying? Probably graduation; applications; projects in process etc… and a call out to new volunteers.
