[Incubator] Incubation checklist Completed.

All,

There was a GeoMoose PSC meeting this afternoon and I believe we can tick off the last two remaining items on the Incubation checklist for the GeoMoose project to have completed.

I now have the pleasure of requesting an Incubation committee review of the GeoMoose Project.
