[Incubator] [OSGeo-Discuss] Is Your Project In OSGeo Labs?

All,

Was the Osgeo Labs idea supposed to eventually percolate up to the main OSGEO page in some form (out of the wiki?)

I have a new project that would likely begin in Labs. Do I make a wiki page or ask somewhere beforehand??

Thanks

Bobb
