Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. I try and keep deadlines flexible for volunteer activities such as OSGeo.

With that in mind I have changed the report to by 2013 Q2, there is a draft available (http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/IncCom_Report22) if you would like to fill in information for pycsw.
