So it has been a few weeks, how did the incubation report work out for you and your project?

Is it worth doing this again, or should we return to IRC meetings?

Pros:
- timezone agnostic - a win for such a diverse team
- written record, clear communication with the board
- opportunity for team/mentor communication
- clear deadline (once a quarter for the board meeting)

Cons:
- non interactive
- hard to be the first group to write
- jody messed up the deadline this time out
