[Incubator] status update for board

that's good to learn, I had thought provenance review for rasdaman is passsed 
already.
@Bruce: I know you are abroad and even more busy these days, do you see an 
opportunity for an email chat on where we stand, what remaining issues there are 
from your perspective?
