[Incubator] Mentoring

Incubation Committee Members:

Now that Geoserver is through incubation, I'm going to take a few
weeks off so I can focus on getting the next volume of the OSGeo
Journal published. After that, I can mentor gvSIG or another project
that has been waiting. It is best if I'm matched up with Java
projects, but I can help mentor Python projects too.

I'll post again once the journal is published to see who I'm helping next.
