[Incubator] [OSGeo-Discuss] Is Your Project In OSGeo Labs?

Let me know the name of your project, and I'll get a wiki page set-up
that you can fill out.

The goal of OSGeo Incubation Labs is to get your project into
incubation. Once a project graduates from incubation, its an
"official" OSGeo Project.
