[Incubator] pywps intro

Hi,

in reaction to Landon's mail, one "ping" to this mailing list from my
side and PyWPS project.

I'm Jachym Cepicky, living and working in Czech republic, original
author of PyWPS.

About  the inventory: PyWPS's user documentation available at
http://pywps.wald.intevation.org/documentation/index.html

Number of users: hard to tell, but there are about 93 non-digest member
and 27 digest members in the mailing list

1) Community resources: not more than 5 people able to do "some" work
2) Programmer resources: note more than 2.5 people to do some coding work
3) Project governance: Jachym has the last word, but every good proposal
was accepted without major comments right now. Consensus driven decision
process with semi-dictator ship elements
4) None, the product speaks for itself

Anything I forgot?
