[Incubator] Q1 Report for March

The end of March marks the time for a Q1 Report for 2014. As usual we will
ask for an update form each project (even if the answer is "no change" or
"cannot find mentor").

Note: With the holidays there was not enough activity to issue a Q4 Report
for 2013.
