[Incubator] Fwd: ZOO project mentoring

Doubling back to this we have a response from 8 people ... out of 17. So no
quite enough for 50%.
Venka points out that Frank agreed to this (so I could treat this as a +1
and consider the motion passed.
While I think venka is far more tricky then myself ... I am not interested
in chasing this down for another vote.
