[Incubator] Suggestion that MapCentia GC2/Vidi should be an OSGeo Community Project

It seems to be a service provider, and they initially called their open
source project (gc2 server, vidi client) by the same name.

Thier are several reasons why this would not be smart (for one people using
the project would end up making use of the service provider name and my run
into trade mark conflict).

So you are correct to be confused, it is part of what is being sorted out
on this thread.
