Jody, all,

I did provide review comments (in red) to the wiki version.

I do think all these comments were worth adding, but I haven't put the 
energy into pushing this document all the way through to publication, so 
accepting anything more that 1 of the suggestions is better than I've 
achieved so far.

Some of the extra items added align with the OSGeoLive project selection
