[Incubator] participation and contact emails

Quick question, in emailing reminders to committee members .. I am unable
to locate Norman Vine (nhv at cape.com).

The last emails from Norman are on:

1) motion for pycsw graduation in 2015
2) team engine and cite infrastructure in 2014

I would like to ask if anyone here has better contact information?
