[Incubator] Joining OSGeo as a community project

That looks really great, may I ask if it is an open source project?
OSGeo is set up as a software foundation, with the incubation committee
focused on helping development teams create new open software software for
mapping and spatial applications.
It looks like your website uses open source, rather than creates open
source for others to use.
