[Incubator] Joining OSGeo as a community project

Dear Jody,
Thanks for your kind words.
That sounds very promising.
It is true that our project caters more to the end-user audiance than to
the the GIS developer community, but we would love it if our code would
find more use in other projects. We have had contributions from developers
beyond the core team, but these were small and few. We think that only by
going international and providing utility for map users everywhere can we
hope to attract the good will of coders outside Israel and interest others
in our unique algorithms. With that OSGeo can be very helpful.
Please let us know if we can help in any way.
