[Incubator] OSGeo4W project page on the new website

I just saw this item closed: https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/553

Looking at the page: https://www.osgeo.org/projects/osgeo4w/

There is some work to do :)

- The logo tile needs to be on a white background (or the greens blend
together and you cannot see the shape).
- For "License" does the main distribution have an open source license
(right now it shows "Various" -
- do you have a screen snap or similar to add to the page?
