I installed Ghostwriter and just added a CONTRIBUTING file to Bezitopo. Could 
you take a look? Then I'll add one to PerfectTIN; it will be similar.

Sorry for the delay. I've been busy copying stuff to a new computer so that I 
can send the laptop back for repairs, and I've been surveying a lot in a 
partly unbearable plat with a confusing sequence of deeds.
