[Incubator] Proposal that Geostyler is accepted as an OSGeo Community Project

Hi all,

thank you very much, everybody.

We're glad this motion has passed and look forward to continue working 
on the newest OSGeo Community project GeoStyler.

I hope to find time to create a page for the projects list as mentioned 
below: I assume I just have to create the page myself and someone else 
reviews it / publishes it?
