The budget request of istsos is addressed to the incubation committee for
incubation sprint budget request, since we're in incubation.

Maybe it was not clear from my previous mail.

Dear OSGeo board,
for 2021, as istSOS Project officer, I request tmoreo or less the same
budget planned 2020 and not used due to the pandemic situation.
We'd like to really conclude the incubation process.

We're requesting for 4'500 USD budget, split as below:

Incubation sprint & tasks (Jul/Aug, 5 days in Malaga)

House rent: 1'500 USD
Travel grants for community members and Mentor: 2'500 USD

Marketing

T-shirts for sprints: 500 USD
