Congrats on your foss4g workshop and presentation! I am just working on a
presentation for foss4g on how project teams can join OSGeo - I hope it can
make this easier for you in the future.

add to website --> osgeo community --> osgeo project

The repositories look much improved thanks; do you have an osgeo user id to
set up a page for giswater on https://www.osgeo.org/projects/ ?  If you
setup a osgeo user id (https://id.osgeo.org/ldap/create) we can give you
project author permission to create such a page.
