[Incubator] Incubate pgRouting as OSGeo Project

Not a problem:

Is the funding request still the same?

*This year hopefully we will apply for pgRouting to become an OSGeo
Project.*
*For this matter we would like a budget of $4000 dollars, which would be*
*used to gather the team for a sprint, mainly traveling expenses.*
*(preferably on the OSGeo code sprint, if done face to face, which is a
week*
*long)*

Checking our approved budget: We requested $8000 in the hopes
additional projects (zoo?) would also be planning an incubation sprint.
Looks like we were authorized for $6000.

I have not been tracking osgeo sprint planning; did you have an event in
mind? While incubation committee has the above budget available (and we can
make a motion to allocate funds) you may wish also approach the board or
travel grant fund if appropriate.
