[Incubator] stepping down as mentor of the ZOO project

Dear all,

after various exchanges, I concluded that it is better for the ZOO project
that I step down as a mentor.
So I make a motion to the committee to:
(1) accept me stepping down as a mentor of the ZOO project
(2) appoint a new mentor for the ZOO project

Many thanks to the ZOO project for the collaboration so far.
