[Incubator] recommend ZOO-Project for graduation

 Thanks for making the motion Tom 🙂

While I found a couple outdated things, the only one of interest was lack
of a ""guide a new user" or "QuickStart"? It could be I just did not see
anything obvious in the user manual...

If you would like to total up the votes at the end of the day I can pass
the result on to the board.
