[Incubator] A declarative system setup for working with Postgis Topology including a client

I would like to ask permission to list the project  topology_update_app on the OSGeo website in order to share my work with more people!

The project is built on PostGIS topology and is providing declarativ way to set up a system that creates a client, rest interface and database spec for updating your map in a Postgis Topology structure.
