Thanks Dennis,

Oh sorry I do not know why I found that branch!

Lets try again:

   1. geospatial - https://github.com/GEOLYTIX/xyz/
   <https://github.com/GEOLYTIX/xyz/tree/v4>
   SDI in the description, but it seems to be more about service control?
   2. open source license - https://github.com/GEOLYTIX/xyz/blob/v4/LICENSE
   MIT which is an OSI approved licese
   3. accepts contributions:
   https://github.com/GEOLYTIX/xyz/blob/main/CONTRIBUTING.md
   https://github.com/GEOLYTIX/xyz/pulls

This is a really neat project, I like seeing the architecture evolve from
V1 to V4.

Well I am happy to make the motion, and will do so in a separate email.
