[Incubator] Request to register Flexurba as an OSGeo community project

Dear Céline,
Sorry I only check-in occasionally - I *love* your picture and would like
to ask the incubation committee what they think of the visual message
(although perhaps the marketing committee is more likely to respond). I
think it does a good job of communicating that the projects come from
somewhere (if not a team photo which communicates it comes from some
people).
I grabbed a screen snap and composed in the browser frame so your page
would have an example of the application in use.
