[Incubator] Request to register SFCGAL as an OSGeo community project

 Thanks, I have been away for a bit - it looks like the page is not yet
published by another committee member either.

Looking above we have your request, but it was held up by this page being
published?


   - Marking it as just a normal project (not a community project until a
   motion is made and voted on)
   - I am a bit confused by standard "ISO" but not naming a specific
   standard ... I guess you needed to added SO 19107  those as new "standards"
   to be listed.
