[Incubator] Request to add LUE to the OSGeo list of projects

Dear incubation committee,

I would like to ask permission to list our project "LUE scientific 
database and environmental modelling framework" on the OSGeo website in 
order to share our work with more people.

LUE is software for simulating geographical systems of agents and 
fields, but it is also useful for GIS workflows in general. LUE 
computations scale over CPU cores and cluster nodes.

The repository is located here:

The code is released using the MIT license.

My OSGeo userid is "kdejong" and I will need permission to create a 
project page.
