[Incubator] Any 2026 budget request?

Thanks for your explanation on the mantra Regina! Honestly!
I find the whole mantra thing confusing. OSGeo is the first and only place
I ever ran into such a thing... There should be easier ways to do this and
still be able to have a manual verification step if we feel that is needed.
And even with the current setup, I, for one, have no clue what the mantra
is or where to find it :)
On the budget, I understand that Wednesday 14 is the day of the meeting.
