foss4g-eu 2026:

I also had an apologize for being absent / distracted during successful
GeoServer 3 development).Thank you to everyone who has been contributing
over the last year; it was great to have so many positive updates and ideas
to share.

Let's try and move forward on renaming committee and seeking a new mandate
ahead of foss4g 2026 in August!
