Dear Incubation committee,

I would like to ask permission to list my project "GratisGIS" on the OSGeo website in order to share my work with more people.

GratisGIS is an open source, self hosted GIS portal for publishing datasets, web maps, forms, and dashboards, built on PostGIS and MapLibre.

The repository is located here: https://github.com/palavido-dev/gratis-gis released under the AGPL-3.0-or-later license.

My OSGeo userid is "palavido" and I will need permission to create a project page.
