[Incubator] Permission to add Geogirafe on the OSGeo website

Hello Stéphane,

This is a tricky one. Do you know if this is a OSGeo UserID? (as 
described at 
https://www.osgeo.org/community/getting-started-osgeo/osgeo_userid/).

If so you can reset your password here: https://id.osgeo.org/ldap/reset

They *should* be the same but sometimes things break.

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to sysadmin at osgeo.org 
and see if they can help.
