[Ireland] OSGeo Ireland - Face2Face meetup

I agree totally Dave.

Personally I'm open to either. I agree that an initial meeting or two in
Dublin might work but we'd need to ensure better geographical accessibility
going forward.

For the first OSGeo meetup if a weekend suits most people I'll try my best
to get there.
