[Ireland] November MeetUp (teleconf)

Hi All,

I hope this finds you all well. Things have been quiet with the Irish 
OSGeo Local Chapter, but I'd like to organise a 1 hour teleconference in 
November to touch base and make some plans for 2017, in particular a one 
day workshop in April/May. It would be great to get some ideas and 
feedback from members.
