Currently the test cases are provided as XML files containing WKT or WKB
representations of geometries. This is a simple format which is easy to
parse. The tests are supplied in the standard JTS distribution archive.
I don't have any better ideas. I'm open to suggestions which don't
require a ton of extra work.

As I understand it Geotools currently hosts JTS in their Maven
repository. This seems like a happy arrangement to me. Perhaps that
can be considered to be Geotools' contribution to the JTS project?
