[Java-collab] Some Thoughts

- what is a "route addressing" library?
do you mean routing or geocoding (postcode versus real coordinates) or a 
combined thing

- on the dxf thing: you know that there are at least 2 dxf drivers out 
there for OpenJUMP. One, I think, is build on proprietarry library.
