[Java-collab] Geometry Collab

As you may of gathered from Markus email we have made a bit of
progress in finding a home for geometry work; in the GeoTools
repository under a "spike" directory. This facility is intended for
experiments and collaborative efforts so it is a good fit.

To take part:
1) Fill in the code contribution agreement
(http://docs.codehaus.org/download/attachments/9765352/GeotoolsAssignmentToOSGeo.pdf?version=1)
and send it off to OSGeo
2) Email your osgeo id to Andrea or Jody (or *anyone* already added)

The code contribution agreement says two things:
- you are willing to donate the code to OSGeo Foundation
- the code will live in the GeoTools severs
