[Java-collab] Geometry code sprint at FOSS4G

Thanks Markus; we have a specific date and a room - and will be very
sorry you are not attending in person.
I am going to start sending out emails about organising all the code
sprints next week ... but the advice amounts to spend time with code
and get all the discussion out of the way on email lists before hand.
So if we follow that advice I would like to make sure we have:
a) a list of people attending
b) a solid plan of what we want to accomplish
c) make sure everyone attending is sorted with commit access, if they
have any background questions or research we can figure out now rather
then during the sprint that would be good
