[Java-collab] OpenJDK tips, tricks and traps

OpenJUMP should already run with OpenJDK. Though, some more testing with 
some latest plugins is needed.

I haven't tried the OpenJDK Mac version as Java can be received directly 
from Apple. But thanks for the pointer.
