The Great Lakes Commission, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan is looking to 
fill two Open Source-heavy GIS positions. FOSS4G fluency is a must.

GIS Manager
The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager is responsible for 
managing large scale projects involving the collection, analysis, and 
dissemination of geospatial data for the Great Lakes -- Saint Lawrence 
River system. Other major duties include the management of 
enterprise-level hardware and software systems to support storage and 
delivery of geospatial data and oversight of design and maintenance of 
databases and the development and compliance of accepted operating 
standards.

GIS Developer
The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Developer is responsible for 
supporting large scale projects or managing small scale projects 
involving the collection, analysis, and dissemination of geospatial data 
within the Great Lakes -- Saint Lawrence River watershed. The 
incumbent's work uses enterprise-level hardware and software systems for 
storage and delivery of geospatial data. The incumbent works extensively 
on database design and maintenance and product development, in 
compliance with organizational standards.
