We are going to start a good project about: Seismic risk project,
focus in urban pipelines.

The idea is do a gis module in a free stable gis software: grass, gvSig, other?

We are looking different options:
- Training in development of specific gis software
- Programmers with experience in specific gis software
- Advisings we make it we same
