[OSGeo-Jobs] Looking for an expert in geodetic measurement / cadastral survey

Hello,

we are a software company specialized in free / open source software
systems integration.

We are currently joining forces with consultancies specialized in
development aid, agriculture, resources and water management in order
to answer a tender by a developing country for the establishment of
cadastral maps in agricultural regions.

We are therefore looking for an individual or a company able to
provide expertise in geodetic measurement and the establishment of
cadastral maps.

Our main goal with this project is to prove that free software can
(should) be used on a large scale in the developing world for spatial
planning and data management.
We therefore appreciate that a success in this tender would, from a
financial perspective, primarily benefits this partner we are looking
for.

The ability to travel to and stay for significant periods of time in a
poor developing country is required.
Speaking French would be a plus, but is not mandatory.
The expertise can be provided by a group of persons, not necessarily a
single one.
We don't have much time left to complete our proposal.
