and am wondering, what is OSGeo doing to increase mindshare in this area? (An area I find hard to characterize exactly, but is near the intersection of education, credentialization, and employers. Perhaps I'm missing a buzzword :-) I didn't see anything particularly relevant

so I added audience#=4 (GIS job seekers) and topic#=5 (OSGeo and curriculum drivers like GTCM and GISP).
